Dear Monte:

	I remain disappointed that the rules for 3rd world
computer chess championship include no requirement that the
program print any information about what moves it looked at.
Even if you insist on looking at it entirely from a sporting
point of view and not at all from a scientific point of view,
this would improve the interest of the tournament to the
chess public.
